• Owned and managed Meridian Mini Storage including acquiring entitlement for expansion

2000-2002 Northern Meadows Estates Bellingham, WA

• Developed, leased and sold Northern Meadows Estates – a 42 lot retirement park, remodeled (2) clubhouses and acquired entitlements for an adjacent 68 unit long- term care facility.
